Under HANDs project management decisions, Tishreen University initiated student workshops at the HANDs Center. In attendance were Dr. George Esber, Dr. Michel Berbahan, and the Tishreen University project team. Dr. Musa Al-Samara outlined project details, emphasizing educational benefits and technological advancements. Vocational courses covered equipment training and practical implementation of structural models (4-29/6/2023, 16-30/7/2-23, 6-24/8/2023).
