Welcome to the Department of Electrical Engineering
The program of Electrical Engineering/ Smart Systems and Communications Engineering (SSCE) offers an undergraduate program leading to Bachelor of Science degree after completing 160 credit hours. This program covers the latest advances in the technological world and a wide spectrum of courses in the areas of smart systems, communications and computer engineer. Some of these courses include electrical and electronic circuits, smart systems, Artificial intelligence and machine learning, signals and systems, communication systems, logic design, IOT systems, smart embedded systems and microprocessor systems and their languages, fundamentals of cyber security, Computer Visions, wired and wireless networks, and network design. Laboratories are fundamental part of the SSCE program as they provide the necessary practical experience to the students. SSCE program combines the fundamentals of electrical engineering and in-depth knowledge of smart systems and Communications fields.
