H- Roads Planning Expert & Technical Advisor of Roads Department, Dubai Municipality, U. A. E., August 1997 – July 2000. The scope of work involved the following tasks:
1- Preparation of plans and development studies to improve the technical and administrative performance of Roads Department, General Projects Department and Follow-up and Development Office for Roads and General Projects Sector. These studies handled the following main issues :
