The program at a glance \ Cybersecurity :   

The department was established in 2020 and it includes specialized laborites in each of the following fields: Networks and Security, Digital Forensic, Information Security and Penetration Testing, and Networks Operating Systems.
The department aims to prepare specialized cadres in Information Security and Penetration. The knowledge of the basics of Computer Science and Networks are acquired via practical experience in Network Security, Encryption, Cloud Security, Incident Response, Risk Management, Ethical Hacking, and Penetration Testing. To fill the need of the national, regional and global market with a specialized graduate in Information Security through a dynamic program that addresses today`s pressing challenges.
The Cybersecurity is an applied specialization and increases the opportunity for the student with an actual practical application, which in turn leads to increase the student’s experience and excellence in this field. The specialization is based on the reality that Computer Networks and Information Security disciplines are combined together with a focus on methods and techniques of protecting information and its security, whether on the network or within a computer.
