Najah Sayyah is an Assistant Professor of Management and leadership of nursing at Al-Zaytoonah University, Jordan. Her research and publications address nurse caring behaviors among nurses and patient and its relationship with patient satisfaction, adult medically ill patients' needs, and quality of life, as well as, explore the lived experience of adult patients at the End of Life. Dr. Sayyah is currently working on a series of publications and conference presentations addressing the Human caring science in different nursing areas..
