Dr. Alhadidi holding a master's & a Ph.D. degree in psychiatric health nursing. His background includes teaching, clinical nursing education, and research skills. He has 11 years of experience in academic education and research skills in different nursing specialties, including hospitals and simulation labs, and health data collection and analysis to find out updating best practices in the healthcare industry. In addition to his work as a volunteer in nonprofit organizations, such as; AHRC/USA, and PRI/Jordan.

Dr. Alhadidi believe that (ZUJ) is a institution that facilitates the creation and the sharing or diffusion of knowledge in support of society and nation.
