Basema Nofal has a bachelor degree in nursing from the University of Jordan in 2001 and a master degree in clinical nursing/critical care from the University of Jordan in 2004, and a PhD in community health nursing from the University of Jordan 2021. She worked as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit at the Islamic Hospital, then as a teaching assistant at Hashemite University and the University of Jordan. After having Phd degree, she worked as an assistant professor at Applied Science Private University for two years. Basema has many publications in adult and community nursing
