Goals

1. Completion of the strategic plan through periodic review and continuous improvement of the faculty executive plans in accordance with the vision, mission and values of the university.
2. Enhancing the role of the faculty and department councils, and monitoring the level of performance and effectiveness of decisions while ensuring integrity and transparency.
3. Focusing on the development of applied and technological disciplines, the continuous development of study plans, and application of modern teaching and learning methods that suit the requirements of the labor market.
4. Attracting external funding for applied scientific research consistent with national priorities and focuses on creativity, leadership and innovation.
5. Employing distinguished human resources, material and financial resources to create an educational and learning environment according to the latest technological developments.
6. Continuous improvement in student services, raising the competitiveness of students in the labor market and establishing effective communication with graduates.
7. Promoting social and communal responsibility among faculty members and students that contributes to sustainable development.
8. Seeking international accreditation, such as (ABET), and Quality Assurance Certificates, for faculty programs and preserving their achievements.
