The faculty of Law has one academic department which is the “Department of Law”. This department possesses the administrative and academic potentials enabling it to achieve the education goals and policies which the University is seeking to achieve. The faculty of Law Staff is composed of 10 member of staff specialized in various branches of general and private law. The faculty also uses the service of part time lecturers in various branches of law from official Universities and experts in this field.
The staffs are headed by the Department Head who is in charge of all the administrative and academic affairs of the department under the managements and supervision of the faculty Dean.
The department of law achieves the Vision, the Message, the Goals, and the Values which the faculty of law aims to obtain through adopting new study plan in accordance to the last amendments. As well as, study courses to each course subject, teaching program, and new references matching with new amendments of laws and cassation courts’ judgments.
The members of staff rely on the modern scientific program through lectures, research, reading, thinking and criticizing of judgments of cassation court.
The department of law adopting the quality assurance in a wide aspect especially in the study plan, learning resources. In addition to, the department of law supervise on many scientific and social committees. It also keeps all files in accordance with quality assurance requirements.
